I’m all for a good nap but that’s not always possible when you’re running after a toddler all day (or have a boss other than your baby).

And then there’s coffee… but that can come with it’s own set of drawbacks.

I stupidly didn’t realise that chocolate covered coffee beans would contain caffeine so I ate a whole bag an hour before bed. I’m so wired. No sleep for me.
