Dark days,and freezing temperature have me dragggggging lately.
I’m all for a good nap but that’s not always possible when you’re running after a toddler all day (or have a boss other than your baby).
And then there’s coffee… but that can come with it’s own set of drawbacks.
So what to do?! Integrate some of the following tips I gathered from a variety of sources and feel your energy levels SOAR! (or at least stay awake at your desk lol).
