Flourless Peanut Butter Cake

Delicious, full of protein and no flour, white sugar or butter!

Ingredients:

(You will also need a blender)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Grease cake pan.

I use coconut oil.

Start adding ingredients to blender.

 One egg:

One chopped up large banana:

Heaping 1/2 cup of peanut butter:

3 Tablespoons of honey:

One tablespoon of vanilla extract:

A bit of baking soda:

A pinch of salt:

Now blend together until smooth and creamy.

Should take about one minute.

Now it’s time to add the mini chocolate chips!

Add a 1/2 cup:

Stir the chocolate chips with spoon until it is all well-blended:

Pour cake batter into cake pan.

Make sure it is evenly spread around.

Smooth the top with a spoon:

Evenly add one tablespoon of chocolate chips to the top:

Place in oven and set timer for 20 minutes.

Cake should take between 20-25 minutes to bake.

Let cool in pan for about 15 minutes.
