No Bake Peanut Butter Bars


1/2 c. peanut butter

2 tbsp. coconut oil

1/3 c. oat flour

handful of crushed up walnuts

handful of chocolate chips

handful of toasted coconut flakes

1.Stir all together and spread on wax paper lined pan

2.Put in fridge for an hour or so and cut into bars. Store in fridge.

3.Pat yourself on the back! You made a healthy snack, you little domestic goddess.

**The bars are hard to hold because they do get a little melty. I’ll need to mess with the ratio I think. I love mixing these into yogurt or oatmeal.
